20 to 80 Units
Stabilized or light value-add opportunities
Strong existing cash flow with upside potential
10-year hold strategy targeting at least a 2x equity multiple and 5%+ Cash on Cash
We look for agency debt with low-risk leverage structures.
Every property we acquire is backed by deep underwriting, sensitivity analysis, boots on the ground intelligence, and our investor-first mindset
