Hello there,

Why Invest in Real Estate?
Real estate investment is a proven way to build wealth over time. It offers numerous benefits such as cash flow, tax advantages, and appreciation. But perhaps the most enticing aspect is the potential for high returns compared to traditional investment avenues.
Who am I?
My name is Manny Del Val, I am a real estate investor based out of Florida. I have an MBA from Florida International University and Business Mangement and Organization degree from the University of Miami. I have always liked real estate ever since my grandparents turned their property in New Jersey to 5 properties in Florida in the late 80s and early 90s. Ever since then I always wanted to get into real estate. In 2019, I decided to take the plunge and did my first fix and flip, and the rest is history.
I am by no means a guru or trying to sell you anything. I actually believe in the opposite concept of proving your value and worth before selling anything or partnering with anyone. I don’t want you to buy anything I just want to be a resource to help you achieve your goals and ultimately, I want you to come to me first with any deals you might have.
That is, it nothing more, nothing less.
My Background
I was born in Cuba and came to the US when I was 3. I have seen my parents work really hard for everything they have, so I am naturally a hard worker. My work ethic is what makes me successful. I routinely work to 2 or 3 in the morning to ensure I am moving ahead or learning something that can be of use in my business and in my life in general.
Like I mentioned I graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Business and I started going the corporate direction until I learned quickly that corporate life is tough. You think you are in control until you are laid off.
A quote brought it all into perspective “Comfort is the enemy of progress.” So, I got out of my comfort zone and began talking to people and did my first flip. I didn’t know what I was doing but because I am a number’s guy, I understand the basic premise of you make your money when you buy not when you sell, and I was able to get the property at a great wholesale price and was able to make a nice profit when I sold it. From that I did a couple of more deals and bought a short-term rental and ultimately got to where I am today doing small multifamily real estate between 2-16 units with my sweet spot being 4-8.

Who is a good fit to work with me?
New Investor - someone with less than a year of experience starting out trying to get their first couple of deals under their belt.
Mid -Level Investor - someone that has done some wholesale deals or some fix and flips and is looking to move to the next level.
Creative Finance Experts - People who have done creative finance deals and are looking to partner up with someone to go after bigger deals. Specially if you are looking in the multifamily space for seller finance deals. You are are someone I want to speak with.
Looking to JV - If you are looking to partner up and do a JV venture I could be someone you want to work with. I am not easy, and I don’t give my money out readily, but that being said I do look for people that display the kind of qualities I value, and I like to partner up with those type of people to do deals that make sense for both of us. This is a partnership, so it has to work for all parties.
Shared Values - the most important thing I am looking for is who you are as a person. I am looking for honest, humble, law abiding, ethical, hard-working, adaptable, coachable, and flexible people that understand things happen and can adjust and do the work it takes to be successful. This business is full of scam artist. The so-called gurus will have pictures of their Lambo and Mansions and two weeks later their house is being foreclosed on and they Lambo is being repossessed. I refuse to partake in this dog and pony show.
